Why you are here

Where should your time, money, and ambition go next?

The Asia Business Boardroom is not another course, idea generator, or library of generic business advice. It is designed to review what you have already built, what you are considering, what you want financially, and what kind of business you are actually willing to operate — then identify the path with the strongest credible potential.

You do not need more options. You need a decision strong enough to build around.

You are officially inside

The Boardroom is not here to give you more to think about.

It is here to help you decide what deserves your attention — and then help you protect that decision while you execute it.

You have access for 12 months. Use all 12 of them.

Your first move

Complete your Boardroom Intake.

Do not click around. Do not explore everything. Do not overthink how this works. Give the Boardroom the truth, let it make the call, then build from there.

Before you begin

Set aside 30–45 uninterrupted minutes

Complete your intake thoughtfully, in one sitting if you can. Your progress saves automatically if you need to step away.

Do not answer based on the business owner you think you should be. Answer based on the business you are genuinely prepared to build and operate.

It will help to have nearby:
Your current business ideas, offers, or projects Current pricing, revenue, and profit information Details about your audience, customers, or professional network Your realistic weekly availability The amount you are prepared to invest Your financial goals and preferred timeline Any lifestyle or operational requirements you are unwilling to compromise

Your intake gives the Boardroom the full picture of:

Your experience and strongest skills Your current business, offers, or ideas Your audience, customers, credibility, and assets Your income goals Your available time and investment capacity Your desired lifestyle The patterns most likely to pull you off course

You do not need to arrive with a polished business idea. You do need to answer honestly and specifically. The goal is not to choose the answer that sounds most impressive — it is to give the Boardroom enough truth to distinguish between what feels exciting and what has the strongest chance of working.

Your intake is reviewed and turned into a personalized 7–10 page Business Prescription. It will identify:

The business path with the strongest potential Why that path outranks the alternatives What should be placed on hold Your recommended business concept Your first money plan Any conflicts between your goals and current resources Your 30-day execution sprint Your Strategic Ban Your next three moves

Most Business Prescriptions are generated within 15–30 minutes of a complete intake and delivered after a final quality review. If the Boardroom requires additional clarity, you will receive a short Clarification Round before your Prescription is finalized. You will receive an email as soon as it is ready, and it will remain available inside your private Boardroom portal.

Once your Prescription is ready, you will initialize your private Boardroom conversation. This is where you will return to:

Validate your customer and offer Make pricing decisions Review launches and sales results Run Weekly CEO Check-Ins Evaluate new ideas Decide whether to adjust or pivot Review hiring and investment decisions Plan your next stage of growth

The Prescription gives you the strategy. The Boardroom helps you execute it.

Your first decision

Complete your Boardroom Intake.

This is where you give the Boardroom the information it needs to understand your actual situation. Be specific. Be honest.

Do not write the version of your business that sounds smartest.
Do not inflate what you have done.
Do not hide the thing that has not worked.
Do not tell the Boardroom what you think it needs to hear so it chooses your favorite idea.

The quality of the decision depends on the quality of the information you provide. Give it the full picture.

What happens next

Once your Intake is complete, the Boardroom evaluates the decision in front of you — your goals, experience, resources, available time, business history, possible paths, customer access, money model, and execution patterns. Then it makes the call.

Your Strategic Verdict
The path the Boardroom believes deserves your primary focus.
Your Business Prescription
Your primary path, why it won, your first money plan, what gets put on hold, your Strategic Ban, your 30-Day Execution Sprint, and your next moves.
Save it. Read it. Use it.

And when you start second-guessing yourself three weeks from now? Read it again.

The habit

The Prescription is the beginning. Not the end.

One of the easiest ways to waste this is to get your Prescription, feel clear for a week, and then disappear. You did not buy a PDF. You bought 12 months inside the Boardroom. The business is going to keep giving you decisions — your job is to bring them back here. Before you:

Hire someone Change the price Add a new offer Pivot the business Spend a meaningful amount of money Kill a product Launch something new Change your marketing strategy Abandon the plan because something new is exciting
Come back to the Boardroom.
How to think about it

Think of the Boardroom as your strategic checkpoint.

You do not need permission to run your business. You are still the CEO. But CEOs need places to pressure-test decisions. That is what this becomes.

You bring the facts. The Boardroom challenges the thinking. You make the final call. Then you go execute.

Like a $1,000 strategy call in your pocket — 24/7, for 12 months. Use it like one.

You will never have to wonder what to ask.

Type whatever is actually on your mind. You do not need perfect wording, prompt engineering, or a sophisticated-sounding question. Just explain what is happening.

When you want somewhere to begin, starting points from the CEO Prompt Library sit alongside your Boardroom. Use one. Rewrite one. Or ignore them.

They exist so you never open the Boardroom, stare at an empty box, and decide you will “come back later.”

House rules

A few ways to use the Boardroom well.

01
Bring context, not just conclusions.
Instead of “Should I hire someone?” try:
“I am considering hiring a contractor for this role. Here is what I currently do, what I earn, what the role would cost, and what I expect it to solve. Should I hire?”
02
Bring evidence when you have it.
Sales data. Customer feedback. Ad results. Pricing. Conversion rates. Time spent. Offers you have already tested. What actually happened matters more than how you currently feel about what happened.
03
Challenge the answer if you need to.
Ask why. Ask what evidence it is using. Ask what would change the recommendation, what assumption is being made, what you are not seeing. You do not need blind obedience — you need disciplined thinking.
04
Do not shop for a different answer.
If you dislike a recommendation, challenge the reasoning. Do not rewrite the question ten different ways until you get the answer you wanted originally. That defeats the point.
Use the Strategic Ban

Your Strategic Ban exists because focus requires exclusion. If the Boardroom tells you not now, stop, hold this, do not spend money here, or this idea does not deserve resources yet — respect the ban.

You can revisit a decision when the facts change. Not because you got bored. Not because someone on Instagram launched something. Not because a new idea feels easier than executing the current one.

New evidence can reopen a decision. New excitement cannot.
Come back before the decision

Not after the damage.

Do not make the $8,000 investment and then ask whether it was smart. Ask first.
Do not hire the person and then ask whether you needed the role. Ask first.
Do not spend three months building a new offer and then ask whether it fits the strategy. Ask first.

The Boardroom is most useful before resources move — time, money, attention, reputation. Bring the decision here while you still have the ability to make a different one.

Your 12-month rule

If a business decision matters enough for you to think about for more than a day, bring it into the Boardroom.

You do not need to use this every morning. You do not need to create unnecessary conversations just because you have access. But every time the business reaches a meaningful fork in the road — come back.

That is how this becomes more than a product you bought. It becomes part of how you run your business.
